Where does Yuzefi ship to and what are the costs?

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Our bags are crafted from high-quality Italian leathers. To maintain the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in the provided dust bag when not in use.
