Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy for all Yuzefi products, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sale items and personalized pieces are non-refundable.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Yuzefi dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
